Maqolada erkin kurashchilarning koʻp yillik tayyorgarligi davomida texnik-taktik tayyorgarlikni yosh, malaka, individual uslub va musobaqa tajribasiga muvofiq individuallashtirish masalasi yoritilgan. Texnik arsenalni kengaytirishning oʻzi yuqori natijani kafolatlamasligi, asosiy metodik vazifa sportchiga mos tayanch harakatlar, bogʻlamlar, qarshi hujumlar va taktik ssenariylarni tanlash ekanligi asoslangan. Muallif tomonidan tayyorgarlikning besh bosqichli modeli, individual texnik-taktik profil, yuklamani boshqarish mezonlari va murabbiylik korreksiyasi algoritmi taklif etilgan. Modelning amaliy qiymati texnikani standart takrorlashdan musobaqa vaziyatiga mos, boshqariladigan va shaxsiylashtirilgan tizimga oʻtish bilan belgilanadi.
