An Integrated Model for the Comprehensive Development of Physical and Psychophysiological Preparedness of MIA Professional Development Trainees

This article presents the development and scientific substantiation of an integrated model for the
comprehensive development of physical and psychophysiological preparedness of trainees in the
advanced training system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The study highlights the necessity of
harmoniously developing not only physical qualities but also psychophysiological indicators of trainees,
based on the modern requirements of professional service activities. The model integrates physical
training, psychophysiological development, the training process, as well as diagnostic and monitoring
systems into a unified framework. Additionally, mechanisms are proposed for adapting training sessions
to real service conditions, modeling stressful situations, and applying an individual approach to load
distribution.
